Powder coating consists of using an electrostatic charge to apply a coating made of resins and pigments powders to a surface. Due to electrostatic attraction the part holds a consistent volume of powder to its surface which in the end creates a high quality coating after passing in a curing oven.

More durable than conventional liquid paint and more resistant to chipping, scratching, ware and stays bright and fresh. Does not run, drip or sag giving a uniform coating. Bottom line powder coating is an environmentally friendly process that requires no pollution control and is a finish that provides a uniform coating which is beautiful in appearance and superior in durability.

We can offer an unlimited color selection with special textures and special effects such as high gloss, low gloss, smooth, textured, wrinkled, metallic, multi color speckled and veined.

Abrasive blasting consists in cleaning or preparing a surface by projecting a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure. The result can be to smoothen a rough surface or roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants entirely.

This method involves the projection of small molten particles of zinc onto a prepared surface forming a continuous coating. To create the molten particles we use an atomization/projection method. Upon contact the particles are flattened onto the surface, freeze and mechanically bond firstly onto the roughened substrate and then onto each other as the coating thickness is increased.
